1About this policy#

1.1 DreamGate is provided by Adnap LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company doing business as ADNAP Industries ("we", "us"). You can reach us at legal@dreamgate.one.

1.2 This is our consumer health data privacy policy under Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law and similar US state laws. It covers the DreamGate app and the website at dreamgate.one. The App Privacy Policy and the Website Privacy Notice give the full picture.

2What we collect#

2.1 None. We don't collect, receive or store consumer health data of any kind. DreamGate has no account, and no servers of ours that hold your information, and it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.

2.2 What stays on your phone. The app keeps what you write in it, such as your journal, morning notes, hours slept and how clear your morning felt, in an encrypted database on your phone. These are lifestyle notes, used only by the app on your phone. The same goes for your answers to the app's safety questions. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and we can't see it.

2.3 Sleep history (optional). If you turn it on, the app reads your sleep times from the last 14 nights from Apple Health or Health Connect, on your phone, when it needs them. It uses them to pre-fill hours slept and to make its rest check more careful. It never writes to Health, never reads in the background, and keeps no copy. It's off by default.

3Where information comes from#

We don't obtain consumer health data from any source. We don't buy data, use data brokers or receive data from Apple, Google or anyone else.

4Sharing and selling#

4.1 We don't share or sell consumer health data, because we don't have any. No third party or affiliate receives it from us.

4.2 We don't use geofencing or location-based advertising. The app's optional location setting is rounded to about 10 km and used only on your phone, to work out sunrise and sunset.

5The website and email#

5.1 The website doesn't ask for health information. The launch list stores only your email address.

5.2 If you choose to include health information in an email to us, we use it only to answer you. We keep it only as long as the Website Privacy Notice describes, and we'll delete it sooner if you ask.

6Your rights#

6.1 You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, to access it, to have it deleted and to withdraw any consent. Because we hold none, the answer to a request will normally be that we have nothing about you.

6.2 In the app, you're in control:

  • edit or delete any entry;
  • use "Delete all data" to erase everything from the app on that phone;
  • turn Sleep history off in Settings, and revoke access in the Health app or Health Connect at any time.

6.3 To make a request, email legal@dreamgate.one. We'll answer within 45 days, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

6.4 To appeal a decision about your request, reply to our answer with "Appeal" in the subject. We'll respond in writing. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General, or the attorney general where you live.

7Changes to this policy#

We'll never start collecting or sharing consumer health data without asking for your consent first, and we'll update this policy before any such change. When it changes, we'll update the version and date at the top and add the change to section 9.
