1About this page#

1.1 This page lists the main third-party components in the DreamGate app and website, and the licence each is used under. It covers the app's direct dependencies and the notable native libraries compiled into it.

1.2 A complete list of every component in each release build, including transitive dependencies, is generated from that build and published with it [TO CONFIRM: generate the full inventory from the release build (npm, CocoaPods and Gradle) before store submission].

  • Sunrise and sunset: calculated with the solar position equations published by the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), a work of the U.S. Government.
  • Backup encryption follows published standards: scrypt (RFC 7914) and AES-GCM (NIST SP 800-38D).

6.1 Artificial Intelligence and Synthetic Media Assets. Certain visual assets across the ADNAP application and website—specifically localized product illustrations—were generated utilizing Google Gemini under an authorized enterprise framework. ADNAP maintains fully compliant, non-exclusive, royalty-free commercial distribution rights to publish and utilize these specific synthetic assets.

Users acknowledge that raw, unedited AI-generated outputs are generally non-copyrightable under United States intellectual property frameworks and do not carry exclusive proprietary title. Conversely, all substantive human-authored design modifications and compiled user interfaces remain protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized extraction or automated reproduction of the application's structured human-authored compilations remains strictly prohibited.

The DreamGate logo was created by ADNAP using AI tools (Google Gemini and Anthropic's Claude). The DreamGate name and logo are trademarks of ADNAP Industries and may not be used without permission.

6.2 The night sounds in current test builds are placeholders [TO CONFIRM: source and licence of every sound before release].

7Licence texts#

The MIT License, Apache License 2.0, SIL Open Font License 1.1, BSD-style SQLCipher licence and CC0 1.0 texts are reproduced in full with the app, together with each copyright notice they require [TO CONFIRM: where, see README].
